Internet! Yay!

After work, I came home to an internet-less environment. TV's not working anymore, computer was boring without internet, felt so miserable. At this moment, I decided not to be so pathetic for my remaining 3 weeks and shamelessly went up to my neighbours living above me to ask for their password. It was not the first time I did this btw. Previously when the internet was down, I rang at their door once but no one was in. Turned out to be a false alarm as the internet came back a few hours later!

This time, I went up, rang at their bell, and a nice lady (student) opened the door. I explained myself with my broken German and she agreed without any hesitation!!! Thought that I might have to bribe her to share with me her internet. Thank God!!!

I really hate to ask pple for favours. Always feared rejection or felt that it was unnecessary. But when need arises, I think I can be really thick-skinned. Anw, I've got nothing to lose but everything to gain. As Uncle Vincent commented on my FB, if u don't ask, u wouldn't know...
