Farewell Lunch!

Jose is in Paris and Allison is sick today. Not many people I know of but there were many new colleagues! Gianluca from Italy doing marketing for the unpublished Italian Website, Swwana from Germany doing internship as Editor and Nina from Rockets, acting as a consultant for our company for a month.

Met up with Romain for lunch at Dolores (Burritoes again!!). Was so broke, I had to let him treat me half of my meal. Of course, I didn't tell him the full story, but.. argh... Felt so bad being broke! One hour flew by so quickly, didn't really get to catch up much with him. But really good to see him once again, before he travels back to Paris!! Hope that everything goes well for him in years to come and that he'll become an aspiring lawyer in the future!!! :)

After lunch, I was officially broke. In fact, I was already running a deficit cos I owe Jose €20! So pissed and at the same time, worried!! Had to pay my rent somemore :S

Went to Allison's place to borrow money from her.. She stays in Oranienburger Strasse, where it's filled with bars, restaurants and many designer outlets! Really nice atmosphere I felt, though at night it may be loud. hehe. Stayed for awhile at her place and chatted. She showed me the rooftop of her building!! OMG it was so scary climbing up with short legs!! Really glad I didn't fall!!!

Went home, paid my rent. Told my landlady previously that I couldn't pay her on time cos I haven gotten my money. Surprised to know that she was worried for me and even wanted to find some numbers she had previously come across in newspapers, to help me "warn" my boss. Hehe. Those who know about it also seem worried for me. Never knew pple cared for me when I'm in "trouble". I'm really grateful for my wonderful friends :)
