Mittwoch = Mid-week

Time flies, it's Wednesday already!!! After my Hamburg trip, I felt rejuvenated. Especially after having a chat with Philip, I realised how I could/should contribute more to my company. Despite the motivation, I had very horrible days on Monday and Tuesday. I strived hard to finish all my work on hand, skipping lunch (I usually do), straining my eyes for up to 10 hrs straight on the computer, afraid that my work would pile up if I don't complete them soon... But somehow, my boss doesn't seem to trust my work. He keeps probing, checking and criticising what I have done. As if I don't have work to do like that. Super gey-gao :(

Tuesday was the limit. I had almost finished my open tasks and it was nearing the end of the day. My boss was on the phone interviewing some people and suddenly he drops me a huge task via Skype and expected me to finish by the day itself. Insane. I simply replied "no, I won't be able to finish it by today". First time I am so firm with my decision (to my superior!!!). And yea, he asked me to complete a smaller part of the job and so I compromised.

Today, I was pleasantly surprised that he didn't turn up for work! Heard from Jose that he went overseas and will be back by Monday. Gotta finish my task in the meantime, else he kp again!!! :P

Anw, enough of my stressful work. Time to relax and look at the SUN, WATER AND BLUE SKIES!!! Went jogging at my usual "park" yesterday morning. There was finally clear blue skies!! View was so nice :))

Welcome to Engeldamm (Angel's dam)

PRETTY communist buildings there :P

My building is in this direction! (not so nice :P )

View from higher ground of the reservoir

In the afternoon, the water fountains would be running; even prettier place to hang out!! :D

Hmm.. Thursday.... Friday.... WEEKEND! Can't wait!!! I'm definitely gonna go out on Saturday to somewhere and also learn how to bake strawberry cake from my landlady on Sunday!!! LOVE IT :DD
