Dancing, yea~!!!

Went around Berlin today! First I went to the Birkenstock store at Alexanderplatz to check out the prices and design. Anyone wants to buy? Do tell me. It'll be cheaper than in Singapore! Limited luggage space though. So u better por me well... HAHA!

Cheap?

Then, I went to hunt for food. I called Dezmand last night to ask where the kebap store was, tried following his directions but it was SERIOUSLY GONE!!!! Damn scary!! I just had a meal there with Sean 1.5 mths ago and now it's gone! Without a trace! Reminds me of the Secret police who make people "disappear"... Scary.

Bought a BURRITO from Dolores instead and cycled to Potsdamer Platz.

Dolores - Yummy Burrito Store :)

Potsdamer Platz is quite a famous place, always hear pple mentioning it but I have no idea why. Just tall office buildings, Arkaden (shopping centre), Filmhaus Museum and Sony Centre which houses IMAX 3D cinema theatres and many restaurants. Special?

Skyscrapers - rare sight in Berlin

Potsdamer Platz Bahnhof & Sony Center

HUGE!!!

Fillings inside after a few bites - ALOT!

SATISFIED!!! :DD

Anw, the burrito is DAMN YUMMY I TELL U! haha... Gonna eat there at least 2 more times! YES! :P Went shopping at Arkaden; bought 2 items only but it was fun trying on clothes! haha..

Arkaden - Shopping Centre!

Sony Centre: Many tourists take pic of the top. Nice meh?

View of 'atrium' of Sony Centre from above

Asked bored staff to take pic for me aft I used their toilet for free =X

Went back to Alexanderplatz, passing by Brandenburger Tor and Unter den Linden. There was some paralympics event going on there. Big crowd!

Allianz Arena in Berlin! Vincent, where are u! :D

They love the sun & lying on the grass...

They are facing.....

... This! The Fernsehturm (TV Tower)

At Alexanderplatz, I bought strawberries and stayed there to watch the events/fair going on. Australian baskers or stunt performers. Draggy performance, quite interesting, but most of them were making adult jokes. Funny but disgusting at the same time cos there were so many children around! Tsk Tsk..

Strong but mediocre... Waste my time. HAHA :P

Went back, rested and Jose called me an hour later. Invited me to go to Havanna, Berlin's biggest club with 4 dance floors, and of cos, there was Salsa. Went to his place, had some drinks, and left.

Havanna had 4 dancefloors spread over 3 levels: one for Hip Hop (which was so crappy), one for Salsa, one for Bachata/Merengue/Reggae and the last is Rojak, which played retro songs, pop songs, techno, trance, MJ songs, etc. LOL. We went up and down the 3 levels several times throughout the night, dancing to all the different Genres. Though I love Hip Hop, that dance floor was seriously the crappiest. HAHA :P

Me & Jose

Clubs in Europe are really very different. U have alot of space to dance and u can dance for very long without perspiring much! So unlike Singapore. I prefer the clubs in SG, more crowded, more exciting! But dancing in Germany is good! Damn good exercise after 4 hrs, beats any form of exercise I must proclaim!

Went back at 4:45am liddat. The sky was bright like 6 am in SG already lar!! DAMN WEIRD! But yea. It was so so fun. I love dance!! :D
