Hong-Linh Day!
Woke up in the morning, packed my luggage a bit further. 6 days left before I leave. STRESSED. Was supposed to visit Hong-Linh's place today, then I realised I didn't buy anything to visit! Cycled to Ostbahnhof, bought a few stuff and went to Wutzyallee to meet him. Was late again! :P
Hong-Linh lives in the region of Neukölln, which was famous for the many turkish people, dirty environment and high crime rates! As we reached his place, he showed me around his place. It was so beautiful! Seeing his place, I can't believe that the rumour about Neukölln is true! Had lunch with his mum and youngest sister. They were so friendly and lovely! As nice as Hong-Linh! haha.. :)
Saw his sisters' and his room. They were all SOOO Nice!!! I wanna have a big house like theirs too!! As long as there are no cockroaches and rats (which wouldn't be the case in SG)... Rest of the day was spent in his room, chatting :)
Went out to an Asian buffet restaurant at Spandau, damn far away. Met his cousin and his vietnamese friend. It was a chinese restaurant with mongolian barbeque. Not sure what exactly a Mongolian BBQ is like but in this restaurant, we could choose all the dishes, e.g. meat, vegetable, seafood, tofu, beans, and the sauce, e.g. oyster, red curry, sweet & sour, and the chef would fry it for u! A bit like Sakura! Anw, it's a very interesting idea but it just feels wrong sometimes. Imagine prawns and chicken and beansprouts with sweet & sour sauce... Weird combi. hahhaha. But it was fun.. and REALLY FILLING! After 2 rounds of not that full plates, I was defeated. Wonder what's wrong. In SG buffet, we could always eat SO MUCH! Thought of the durian puffs in SAKURA. OMG! YUM!

Hong-Linh sent me back home after that. Damn stressed. Next week got so many things to do. Close bank account, de-register in Berlin, buy souvenirs, buy chocs, pack bag, write reference letter, book tickets, double check if I wanna buy more stuff, settle tutorial timetable, download all notes and catch up with work. OMG. STRESSED. Can I not go back? :S
Oh but on another note, today's NATIONAL DAY IN SINGAPORE!!! HAPPY 44th BIRTHDAY!!! And hope that everyone enjoyed fireworks!!! :D
