Monday without blues
It's the start of the week again but I'm so hyped up knowing that there are so many activities going on this week! Things to look forward to = exciting!!
Last week, I found some cheap round trip bus tickets to Hamburg online, which cost €36 for 2 people. Worried at first that I couldn't find anyone to go with, I 硬着头皮 asked my colleague if she was interested to go. And she agreed! So I'll be going to Hamburg, Germany's 2nd largest city from 3rd to 5th July! :D
Transport tix set and company found but accommodation... very costly!! Thus, I'm gonna try couchsurfing this time! Couchsurfing is a community that connects pple across continents, countries and cultures by the way. Members can offer their couches for travellers or request to surf couches (slpover) at other pple's place!
Didn't have much work today =X so I spent the day reading newspaper and creating my CS (couchsurfing) profile! It's just like another friendster, just that u need to make it real and interesting, fill out ur personal profile, hobbies and philosophies more seriously, so that people would accept to host u! Don't like describing myself. grr.
While looking through CS, I saw a "German Stammtisch" under the Berlin Group. Germans and German learners gather weekly at somewhere to have drinks and talk in German. Sounds interesting. *twitches eyebrows* :D
I guess I was slacking quite openly in the office, my boss came to me just when I was leaving and asked me what tasks am I handling right now. I told him about the few tasks I had, which couldn't be done any further so far, and he said "Alright, maybe we'll sit down tomorrow and see what other marketing tasks there are for u to do."
Oh no. No more free time le? We'll see!
