TGV Election & the first Tauschie Tuesday
Oh my tian, I woke up at 9am today. This is horrible. I'm getting used to the time zone! This cannot be! haha.. I wanna wake up early! Shall set alarm clock tml. Good thing is that I'm 10 mins away from school :D
Early in the morning. Chatted on MSN with Daisy for a long long long time. Resolved things but.. we'll see how it goes. Wanted to have bread for lunch cos I still have many slices of bread! But cooked noodles instead cos there was 2 hrs till my lessons started.
Walked to sch at 310pm. Met two french gals who live in my hostel, Elisabeth and Morgan, on the way to school. Elisabeth sent out an email to all the Tauschies living in our hostel suggesting an international dinner on Wednesday. Quite interesting to be able to meet everyone since we're cooped up in our rooms most of the time. Hope it'll be carried out!
German 4 class was easier to digest today. Still need time to understand the teacher fully. After class was Tauschie Government (TGV) Election, in which we're supposed to elect 3 Tauschies, whose goal is to organise a party at the end of the semester. Sounds difficult cos they're supposed to raise at least €1500 in 3 mths. But it has been achieved before so it's not too bad.
No one campaigned for Presidency so 3 interested parties from North America (I think) volunteered. Amongst them was a professional! She organises events for a job and I think that's really cool! Of course, she became the President!
Everything ended at 745pm, so Alice, Cherry and I went to a nearby Kebap place to eat. It was quite nice spending time with them. First time talking so much to Cherry and I think, since I'm gonna tour Spain with them both, it's gonna be a fabulous trip! :D
Headed to Korova at 915pm but there were not much pple there. Chatted with Leigh, who's also in my German class and is the only other Tauschie present there. Apparently she's attending German 3 classes as well, like some other people, so I took the details of the next class from her! Nice.. More German! :D
Hung around, chatted till 12am and back to the hostel I went. Hope it's more exciting during the next Tauschie Tuesday!
