Nuaaaa.....

Sunday. Woke up at 7am this morning. Feels so healthy to be slping at 10pm and waking up at 7am. But it's all fake! it's juz jet lag! sad. haha.. Left my com on last night. Was surprised to find at least 10 chat windows on! Replied all of them with one or two liners. =P

Yurong replied that they were having meeting. yar, forgot that it's 2pm in SG.. hope it went well, looked well from the new-format minutes. haha. Supposed to go out for a walk around town after lunch but Christian and i were both quite nua... so we nua-ed in our rooms. Took some scenery pics from Christian's windows:
Nice view lar!
I think it's so refreshing. Doing nothing on a Sunday =) So bo liao was i that i decided to show u how big the cabbage in Germany was:

This is the cabbage.

This is the cabbage with my hand beside it.

This is the cabbage with my new cap, biru's scarf and Daisy's gloves

Miss Cabbage =)

Oh... and cos the weather's so dry, i kept using lip moisturiser to heal my chapped lips. So i decided to see how much was left. This was all:

This was bought just 2 days ago!

Intended to cook Spaghetti with Christian for lunch, but thought it was quite troublesome cooking tgt, so we ate on our own. Found out that he ate macaroni while i cooked mee sua with cabbage, carrots, egg and sausage! Good thing Daisy was online when i was cooking. Nearly poisoned my hair with 1/2 a cube of chicken stock (Daisy's mum said that one cube can be cut into 20 pieces!)

Poured half of the water away and cooked for 2 portions instead of one - lunch and dinner. Besides the ingredients i bought, I had fried ikan bilis from Daisy's mum to eat with! It was SOO yummy i think i could have finished half of it if i wanted to! Didn't do that in the end. Have to save it for 4 mths! =D

My MEE SUAAAA =D
First time cooking in Germany. Think it was a success! (Actually, it was juz like cooking maggi mee lar..) A few observations/thoughts:

1) The electric cooker was ZAI. A pot of water boiled in a couple of minutes!
2) I felt like a chef cos I used a wooden spoon to cook and taste while cooking
3) The sausage was super NICE. yummmm.
4) I always wondered how chefs on TV can cook in a small space without much mess, for example the cooking place is not wet, nothing's spilled all over the place, the workplace is not cluttered. I figured that it might be cos of the dry weather. Things dry up quickly, so less mess created!

Spent the whole day blogging and chatting online and video calling Daisy. Gonna have my second portion of mee sua, wash my clothes, watch some vcds and go slp.

Orientation tml at 9am. Hope I meet lovely pple and all goes well. =)
